It’s cold and misty Friday morning.
The daylight makes it barely through the clouds.
I am sitting on my terrace, overseeing the big clouds above Lake Lucerne.
The mist is mystically moving through the forests, transforming its colors between grey-white and pale colors of green, yellow, and orange.
I am sitting on my lounge sofa in a lotus position
Feeling warm under my cozy hoodie and my thick and long winter jacket.
I use Elea’s fluffy blanket to keep my legs warm.
I am feeling my breath and the fresh cold autumn air I am inhaling.
In my hands, a hot buttery biohacking coffee, which I enjoy so much.
I take a sip of the coffee. Why do I enjoy coffee so much?
An earthy tobacco taste mixed with soft buttery notes.
I am gazing into the distance.
On the other side of the lake sits a lonely house in the forests.
The mist wanders around.
The higher mountain with its snowy peaks is barely visible behind the clouds.
I am present.
I am grateful for this moment.
What a beautiful autumn morning.
